Exploring Excel for Beginners – Our Excel class will take you through the basics of Excel including: cells, worksheets, formulas, and charts. Plus tips and tricks to make your work go faster. Students must already know how to use the mouse (both left and right buttons), how to use toolbars and menus, how to cut, paste, and move text in an application such as Word.
The three-part Excel class will be held March 25, 28 & 29 (Mon, Thurs, Fri) from 6 – 7:30 p.m. and again April 8, 10 & 12 (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR BEGINNERS – This class focuses on the terminology of Digital Photography and using the camera. The goal is to start off with the best photo you can take before you start editing.
The two day class will be held March 11 & 12 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m. and then again on April 8 & 9 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m.
DIGITAL PHOTO EDITING WITH PICASA: This class focuses on the ways you can use editing software to fix and edit digital photos. The class uses Picasa as an example.
This two day class will be held March 25 & 26 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m. and again on April 15 & 16 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m.
DIGITAL PHOTO SHARING: This class covers many of the exciting things you can do with you digital photos once you have them ready to share. Emailing, printing, and uploading are covered in this class. Privacy and copyright concerns for uploading photography are also discussed.
This two day class will be held twice in April on April 1 & 2 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m. and again on April 22 & 23 (Mon & Tues) from 9 – 10:30 a.m.
